On the afternoon of June 18, 2023, the graduation ceremony for the graduates of 2023 from the Law School of Beijing Normal University was held at the Jingwen Lecture Hall.

At noon, teachers, students, guests, and parents arrived as scheduled, leaving messages on the signature board and taking photos.

In the warm-up video before the ceremony, familiar scenes from the campus, detailed records of students' academic lives, and earnest instructions from teachers awakened students' memories of a beautiful campus life, playing a warm prelude to their graduation ceremony.

At 3 p.m., the graduation ceremony commenced officially. The event was structured into sixteen distinct parts.

Attorney Zhao Chunyu conveyed her expectations for the graduates through a triad of key concepts. First, she emphasized the duality of positivity and negativity. Second, she touched on the balance between short-term and long-term perspectives. Judge Lin Yihan imparted his wisdom to his younger colleagues in three profound statements. His second piece of advice was to "pursue with a trembling heart, confront challenges with reverence." He emphasized that new problems and challenges are ever-present, and it is crucial to identify one's weaknesses and strive for continuous self-improvement. The third sentence was "Approach with a seeking heart, and handle matters with a composed mind." For those in the legal profession, he advocated for a lifelong commitment to learning, while also maintaining a tranquil and unassuming demeanor.
