On October 22, 2025, Jiang Linlin, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Fengtai District Justice Bureau, led a delegation of four to the Law School for a seminar on exchange and cooperation. The delegation included Wang Xiaoyan, Director of the Legal Promotion Center. The guests were received by a School delegation led by Dean Professor Liang Yingxiu and Party Secretary Professor Zheng Yanpu. Also in attendance were Vice Deans Professor He Ting, Professor He Dan, and Guo Yating; Office Director Liu Hang; and Training Center Director Shi Min. The meeting was presided over by Party Secretary Professor Zheng Yanpu.

On behalf of the Law School, Party Secretary Professor Zheng Yanpu extended a warm welcome to Director Jiang Linlin and her delegation, introducing the faculty members in attendance. Director Jiang expressed her sincere gratitude for the hospitality and introduced the colleagues from the Fengtai District Justice Bureau participating in the seminar.
Li Junfeng, Deputy Director of the Legal Promotion Center and an alumnus of the Law School, reflected on his time at the university and provided a detailed overview of the development of the Fengtai Legal District. He proposed several specific initiatives for collaboration, including: Inviting the Law School to participate in the construction of the Beijing International Law and Business Integration Demonstration Zone; Inviting Dean Liang Yingxiu to serve on the expert committee for the "Lize Legal Forum" and sending faculty experts to participate in forum exchanges; and welcoming law students to participate in the Fengtai District "Students Returning Home" practical project to enhance their practical skills.
Dean Liang Yingxiu provided an overview of the Law School as it celebrates the 30th anniversary of its law discipline. He elaborated on the School's development, covering its history, disciplinary strengths, faculty resources, talent cultivation, research projects, and practical exchanges. He emphasized the significant potential for collaboration between the Law School and the Fengtai District Justice Bureau in areas such as project research, expert verification, and continuing education.

Subsequently, Vice Dean He Dan, Teacher Guo Yating, and Professor He Ting of the Law School exchanged speeches, further introducing the cooperation advantages of the Law School in professional support, internship practice, legal publicity, and international exchange, expressing expectations and confidence in deepening cooperation between both parties.

Director Jiang Linlin and Director Wang Xiaoyan highly praised the broad prospects for cooperation and systematically introduced the resource advantages and cooperation directions of the Fengtai District Justice Bureau in areas such as comprehensive governance center construction, public legal services, and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Afterwards, both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as innovative discipline construction, talent co-cultivation mechanisms, research practice base construction, and international exchange cooperation, reaching preliminary cooperation consensus in multiple fields, laying a solid foundation for advancing substantive cooperation in the future.

The exchange seminar proved highly productive, establishing a clear blueprint for future collaboration between the two institutions. Moving forward, the Law School's robust research and teaching capabilities will synergize with the Fengtai District Justice Bureau's extensive practical resources. Through this partnership, both parties aim to leverage their respective strengths and share resources to elevate the training of legal professionals and advance regional rule of law to new heights.
