Professor Massimo Meccarelli, Vice Dean of the Law School at the University of Macerata in Italy, visited the Law School

On June 4, Professor Massimo Meccarelli, Vice Dean of the Law School at the University of Macerata in Italy, paid a visit to the Law School of Beijing Normal University. During his visit, Professor He Ting, Vice Dean of the Law School of Beijing Normal University, warmly received him. The two esteemed academics engaged in a fruitful discussion, exploring avenues to enhance and expand the exchange and collaborative efforts between their respective institutions in the years to come.



During the engaging meeting, Professors He Ting and Meccarelli each provided a thorough overview of their respective law schools' faculty structure, academic rankings, student progress, and international engagement initiatives. They also took a moment to reflect on the successful master's student exchange program that has been established between their institutions. Detailed insights into the doctoral training and selection processes were shared by both parties, with a view to exploring potential teacher-student exchange opportunities within the doctoral education framework.

Joining the meeting were Associate Professor Hu Junhong from the Law School of Beijing Normal University and PhD candidate Liu Sixuan from the University of Macerata Law School.
