General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized: "We must carry forward the exquisite heritage of China's traditional legal culture, and chart a legal course that aligns with our unique experiences of revolution, construction, and reform. Concurrently, we should draw insights from the progressive aspects of foreign legal systems, thereby laying a robust foundation for the rule of law. This is pivotal to our comprehensive advancement towards a modern socialist country and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." In addressing the array of challenges pertinent to the establishment and enhancement of national governance under the rule of law, and to advance scholarly inquiry into the pivotal themes of constructing China's autonomous legal knowledge system, we are set to convene the 6th BNU Science of Law Doctoral Forum in early November 2024.
