Thoughts:
The Supreme People's Court stands as the apex judicial institution of the People's Republic of China, serving as the final bastion for upholding social equity and justice through the equitable administration of justice. Throughout my internship, I meticulously organized over a hundred case files, ensuring each was archived in a standardized format to facilitate ease of review and adjudication by the judges. I endeavored to draft responses to inquiries on the Fada website and refined them under the mentorship of the presiding judge, thereby enhancing my comprehension and application of legal principles. I supported judges and clerks in their pre-trial preparations, attended case inquiries and investigations, and gained insight into the operational mechanisms of administrative trials. I was instrumental in orchestrating the second session of the administrative trial lecture series, compiling a summary of "Key Points and Precautions for the Preparation of the Administrative Trial Lecture Series," which was submitted for the court's collective study. I engaged in the research and composition of a report on the pivotal issue "New Business Forms Work Injury Identification Rules," crafted plans for the party group's themed activities, participated in the Spring Bamboo Shoots Workshop exchange events, and completed the drafting of more than a hundred case trial reports. By analyzing case controversies with the team, I absorbed the legal, professional, and efficient judgment strategies of the presiding judge. This internship not only deepened my understanding of the synthesis of administrative law theory and practice but also propelled significant advancements in my personal and professional competencies.

Thoughts:
The Supreme People's Court serves as a pivotal center for the learning and development of young police officers and law students. Over the course of my six-month internship, I was actively involved in drafting review reports, meticulously proofreading more than 150 judicial rulings, organizing and archiving over 50 case files, and attentively participating in and documenting more than ten case inquiries and trials. I engaged broadly in the educational activities of the youth theory study group and visited the case filing court of the Supreme People's Court to gain insight into the practical aspects of case petitions. Throughout my internship, I approached each case with the mindset of "I am the one responsible for this case," learning diligently from the team's mentors and engaging in meaningful exchanges with my fellow interns. This work experience has not only enhanced my professional knowledge but has also significantly bolstered my practical skills. With the guidance and patience of the team's mentors, I have advanced step by step, gaining the confidence to articulate my views and understanding that case handling necessitates deep and thorough thinking, not mere superficiality. Moreover, working alongside a dozen interns within the team, I forged many kindred spirits and created cherished memories. I am immensely grateful to the Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court for providing me with this invaluable internship opportunity. It is an experience that I will treasure as I prepare to embark on my professional journey in society.
