The LL.M. Program in Chinese Law is both highly valued and limited in its development due to its unique nature. The history of Chinese law and how Chinese legal culture can be fully developed in the teaching of the project is a question worthy of serious exploration and resolution. Professor Xia Yang participated in this conference at the Law School of Tsinghua University and gained a lot from it. Based on summarizing his experience, he carefully drew lessons from it.
