On the morning of June 12, 2020, the Law School held the Employment Work Meeting for Graduates of 2020. Over 20 people including the party and government leading cadres, head teachers of graduating classes, responsible persons of each teaching and research office and representative supervisors of graduates, teachers in charge of employment work attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by GUO Yating, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Law School.
GUO Yating pointed out that the graduates of 2020 were challenged by severe employment situation. In combination with series of decision-making deployment and relevant instructions released by the superiors, our School formulated employment work plan for graduates of 2020 in light of the actual situation, actively expanded employment channels, optimized employment services, provided accurate guidance and assistance for the job hunting of graduates. Meanwhile, she put forward relevant requirements on follow-up employment work for graduate supervisors and head teachers to ensure the comprehensive mastery of the situation of unemployed graduates and manage the targeted assistance.
LI Xiang analyzed and explained the current employment in our School from different disciplines, classes and cultivation levels and answered main employment problems in each class.
The participating teacher representatives explained the basic situation and main problems of employment work of the class and proposed pertinent suggestions on the promotion of employment work of the School.
LIANG Yingxiu, after debriefing relevant situation of employment work, looked for problems, analyzed causes with attendees and said that the School gave priority to the employment work. On the one hand, it’s required to manage students by categories and implement measures in a targeted manner; on the other hand, it’s required to fully motivate teachers, enhance synergy of employment work, solidly advance employment work of graduates to ensure the successful completion of employment work of graduates of 2020.
