The King-Capital Criminal Business Department has made outstanding achievements in the field of criminal defense, and has defended many major cases that have major influences throughout the country. For example, Liu Yong is accused of organizing and leading crimes of underworld organizations, Wu Ying is suspected of fund-raising fraud, Huang Guangyu illegally operates, insider trading The unit’s bribery crimes have been hailed as “the king’s team for criminal defense”. The international students had in-depth exchanges with lawyers such as Zhao Yulong, Tang Jianbin, Weng Xiaoping, Ma Lixi, Liu Lijie and Liu Jihui. Through exchanges with lawyers, Associate Professor Yin Bo proposed that China's criminal defense is still on the rise, not mature, but full of opportunities and challenges.
Later, in the library of the King-Capital Law Firm, Associate Professor Yin Bo taught the international students the relevant changes in the Chinese Criminal Procedure Law, focusing on the Chinese characteristics of the procuratorial function adjustment, the trial system in absentia, and the confession and punishment. It indicates that the content of the Beijing Normal University Law School is full, and the theory and practice are fully integrated, which has benefited a lot.
