On the afternoon of November 2, 2011, Professor Huang Zhenzhong, Associate Dean of the School of Law, Professor Wang Xiumei, Assistant to the Dean of the Criminal Law Science Institute, and Associate Professor Yuan Dasong, Assistant Dean of the School of Law, and the visiting University of Tulsa Dr. Janet Koven Levit, Dean of the College and Associate Dean of the Global Education Center, Dr. Chery Matherly, happily negotiated and discussed the exchange of students, academic exchanges, and project research between China and the United States, and formed a preliminary Cooperation intentions.
The University of Tulsa is the oldest private university in Oklahoma. Founded in 1894, its law school has a high academic level in environmental resources law, especially energy law and water law.
