At the invitation of the International Sports Office of the German Ministry of the Interior, Associate Professor Yan Yang attended the second Sino-German Sports Law Seminar in Bonn, Germany from October 18th to 22nd, 2010, and published a speech entitled “From the Perspective of Chinese Law”. The keynote speech of the International Sports Organization Regulations has aroused enthusiastic response from the participating experts. The seminar was jointly organized by the German Ministry of the Interior, the State Sports General Administration of China, the German Federal Institute of Sports Sciences and the Cologne Sports University. More than 60 officials, scholars and lawyers from China, Germany, the United States, Switzerland and the European Union revolved around the theory of international sports law.
