He has been invited to participate in international academic conferences and made keynote speeches for over ten times. As a visiting professor at Oxford University, Professor Liu Deliang has repeatedly lectured there in Chinese on issues related to drawbacks of EU legislation on personal information protection and China's legislative choices, legal regulation of network infringement issues, network security and network governance.
