Male, the Han Nationality, Born in Jiaokou County, Shanxi Province, Associate Professor, Tutor for Postgraduate of Beijing Normal University Law School, Ph.D., Studied and Worked at the North West College(University)of Politics and Law from 1993 to 1997, China University of Politic Science Graduate School from 1997 to 2000, Renmin University Law School from 2000 to 2003,and Renmin University of China School of Philosophy successively. Now engage in teaching and scientific research. Main research fields: Jurisprudence, Comparative Jurisprudence, History of Western Legal Thoughts.
