At 5:30am of October 7, before the sunrise, the freshmen of 2019 of the Law School were thrilled to board the bus heading towards the military training base. Despite the sleepy feelings and bumps along the road, the happy air in the vehicle aroused the expectations of students on military training.
After arriving at the base, the students quickly got into their stride. They transported their luggage upstairs without asking for help, sorting out dorms without being urged. At the opening ceremony, the speeches from leaders were inspiring and the speeches from teachers and students were passionate. The subject performances from the instructors were even more exciting. The powerful combat skills, valiant goose-step all made students yearn for the future training life.
For daily routine of sanitation tasks, we bore in mind the instructions of instructors and strictly implemented the regulations of dormitories. One after another well-folded quilts, rows of thermos bottles all showed that students were careful about the tasks and abode by disciplines.
When the sun went down, the daytime training was completed and the nighttime training started. In the cold evening, students still held their heads high and stayed enthusiastic. Under the dazzling light beside the training ground, students looked more firm and strode forward more forcefully against the cold wind that brushed through their cheeks.
As time went by, all kinds of competitions and activities were held including essay competition, chorus competition, blackboard newspaper competition, which inspired enthusiasm of students. The number of registered students for each competition item went far beyond expectation, which forced us to have internal selection. With the efforts of students, the personnel confirmed started to distinguish themselves and showcase their talents.
We hoped that students from the Law School kept up the good work and won glory for the School.
