2018 JM Class Class Committee and Youth League Branch Reelection Conference Successfully Held
At PM 18:00 of February 5, all teachers and students of 2018 JM Class of our school held reelection conference in the moot court in the main building. Party Committee Deputy Secretary WEI Tianjing of the school attended the meeting, and Class Teacher of 2018 JM Class GUO Shu hosted the election.
At the first stage of the conference, Secretary WEI Tianjing gave an excellent speech themed in “Serve the Collective, Realize Self-improvement”. Teacher WEI spoke sincerely and described vividly, indicated the mutual promotion relationship between individual and collective and importance to realize self-improvement through serving the mass, and fully mobilized the following election work.
Later, under the organization of Class Teacher GUO Shu, the formal election started with the following procedure:
1. Count and verify to meet the legal number, election was effective.
2. All candidates gave campaign speech in turn.
3. Votes were distributed, and all class members at the conference filled the votes.
4. Students not running in the election collected votes, called out and announced and election result.
In the warm atmosphere of election, students performed actively, and all candidates showed their love to the class and proposed planning and suggestion on future class construction. After an hour of rigorous and orderly democratic election, finally 7 Class Committee members and 3 Youth League Branch members were selected from 14 candidates. After the election, Class Teacher GUO Shu actively organized ten elected members to hold the first Class Committee meeting to confirm individual duties and arranged transfer of new and old members and recent class work. The Class Committee and Youth League Brand reelection work was successfully closed.
