Full-time Instructor MA Liya of Our School Led Students to Fulfil “Four Merits Teacher” Reward Program Survey Event
From July 18 to July 22, 2018, full-time instructor MA Liya of our school led four students to Pingliang City, Gansu Province for “Four Merits Teacher” Reward Program Survey, to visit deep in the grass roots and fully dig the meritorious deeds of the candidate Teacher ZHANG Huixia.
On the basis of “Qigong Teacher Award” and “Chinese Good Teacher” Commonweal Action Plan, our school establishes “Four Merits Teacher” Reward Program to deep implement the important speech spirit of President XI Jinping on “Four Merits Teacher”, serve greater development of national education especially elementary education in new era, advocate good social morals of respecting teacher and valuing education, and lead teachers to teach in elementary education for a long time, take a lifelong career in education, and become satisfactory teacher to the Party and people.
Teacher MA Liya led student survey team to interview and discuss with Teacher ZHANG Huixia and leaders of education administrative department, colleagues, students, parents of students, local public; looked up the works, papers, scientific research subject, reward certificate, etc. of Teacher ZHANG Huixia; recorded the survey on Teacher ZHANG Huixia in the form of picture, audio, video, etc. Under the leadership and instruction of Teacher MA Liya, the student team fulfilled the main task of the survey, verified the basic situation of the candidate teacher, understood the public evaluation of the candidate teacher, recorded the working environment of the candidate teacher, and collected relevant materials of the candidate teacher. At the same time, Teacher MA Liya instructed the team to complete “6 one” survey result: one figure feature, one survey handnote, one group of photos, one micro video, a series of new media interaction and a set of interview, discussion audio-video and written memoir.
Teacher MA Liya said that the “Four Merits Teacher” Reward Program Survey was not only a social practice to visit teacher, but also a vivid class of teacher morality and teaching style, which made teachers and students in school know that there was a group of ordinary but great teachers guarding on the front line of education in the old revolutionary base areas, minority autonomous regions, border areas and underdeveloped areas in China, and they were the best example worth learning.
The standard of “Four Merits Teacher” is the foundation for teachers to sustain and develop career. Without this foundation, the career development of teacher will be water without source and wood without root. The school assigns new teachers to participate in this survey to urge them to abide by professional norm, sustain with morality, develop career with morality, teach with morality, and inspire teachers to dedicate all energies and passion to education, realize “four unification”, become “four guides”, practice “four merits” teacher standard, and constantly achieve new results in future work.
