In the clear and cool autumn, 2008 JM Class No.1 of Beijing Normal University held the first class construction in Dongjiaomin Lane on November 9, 2018. After gathering in Wangfujing Subway Station, students set out to Dongjiaomin Lane. On the way students carefully felt what Dongjiaomin Lane touched them.
Students could not visit China Court Museum for the routine repair on the day. Although it was a pity, everybody was still excited and took group photo in front of the museum.
Later, students successfully visited Police Museum. Police Museum mainly provides physical exhibition, attached with picture, text, model, etc., combines chronicles with significant special, and is divided into four exhibition halls including History of Beijing Public Security, Criminal Investigation, Police Classification and Function, Police Supplies and Equipment. In the Police Museum, students carefully visited the exhibits and reconstructed scene, understood evolution and characteristics of police in modern time and ancient time, and harvested a lot in this visit.
Dongjiaomin Lane was the embassy area, and the Western style architectures on both sides of the street told the history to students. This was a quiet lane, locust trees in the street and modern building out of the street reflected each other, and Western style buildings showed the painful history to students in silence. Through this visit, students of Law School had a better understanding of their responsibilities, and realized that power of law was not an empty slogan any more.
After returning to the school, the Class Committee of 2018 JM Class No.1 organized a socialist core value knowledge contest in Classroom 204 of No.2 Teaching Building on November 13, 2018.
Different from the formal class meeting, this class meeting was vivid and funny. With various forms and warm atmosphere, every student actively participated in the knowledge contest.
The knowledge contest is divided into two parts: choice and red song. Through quick response questions, the first prize and the second prize were finally chosen, and every participator could obtain an exquisite gift. Class Teacher QI also participated in the knowledge contest with the students and had a happy night together.
By this way, students did not only study the content of socialist core value, knew more about the knowledge of Party construction, but also became closer in interaction and exchange. The first class construction of 2018 JM Class No.1 came to the end in the happy laughter and cheerful voices of students.
