In recent years, the new business style of accommodation, which is mainly represented by the hotel, has become a dazzling bright spot in the development of the tourism accommodation industry. The homestay not only complements and enriches the range of travel accommodations, but also leads a new way of life. In this period of vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, B&B has received unprecedented attention as an emerging industry.
Our practice research team selected three places in Sichuan where the country house industry is more developed as a research location, and visited the Sichuan Tourism Development Research Association and the Chengdu Tourism Accommodation Association B&B and Inn Branch. Through research, we will be able to summarize the development advantages, construction difficulties and problems of the country house industry, as well as the government supervision, so that we can give suggestions to promote rural revitalization from the perspectives of planning and management.

DAY 1
The research team came to the Sichuan Tourism Development Research Association and interviewed Shen Wei, the president of the Sichuan Tourism Development Research Association and the full-time president of the Sichuan Tourism Association.
The interviews were organized around the development of the country house industry and the current institutional issues. The president of the research team explained the status quo of the country house industry in detail from the four aspects of the operation, development, management status and development prospects of the country house industry.
The players learned in this interview that the current development of the country house industry is good and plays a very important role in promoting economic development. However, there are certain contradictions and problems in the development policy and management. There is a lack of planning and insufficient funds for the specific development of the country house. At the same time, there are lags and vacancies in the entry and complaint systems of the hotel industry, which exist on the management layer of the country house industry. Dilemma.
DAY 2
The research team went to actively implement the rural revitalization strategy and vigorously promoted the transformation and upgrading of the typical village of B&B, Nongke Village, Youai Town, Yaodu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, to investigate the development of local B&B.
The research team first visited the first farmhouse in China, the Xu Family Courtyard. As the first farmhouse in China, Xu Family Courtyard has a long history and a rich cultural heritage. Its quaint decoration style, perfect facilities and relaxed environment are all attracting visitors to experience and experience.

In the agricultural village, every farmhouse has its own decoration style and characteristics. Nowadays, the homogenization of agricultural villages is more serious, and there is a lack of corresponding innovation management and maintenance in the later period of operation. DAY 3
The research team came to the villagers to actively build a typical village of B&B, one of China's top ten most beautiful villages - Qinglanshu Village, Sandaoyu, Chengdu, Chengdu.
The team members first went to the visitor center of Qinglanshu Village and interviewed a staff member there to get an overview of the local situation.
The amount of accommodation? More people on holidays
Advantage? The scenery is good, the air is good, the farmhouse is much rich, the traffic is developed, and the supporting facilities are complete.
Development model? Is the company operating, personally managing or co-constructing? There are business operations and personal business. The company's responsible farmhouse and homestay is to rent the house to the business person, and the company collects the management fee. Qingguo Inn is a personal management company that is not managed.

After reading the overall situation of the village, the research team went to visit the star hotel in Qinglanshu Village, Qingguo Inn. Listen to the boss and tell the story of the country house. At the same time, the practice team members also got the local policy support situation and the related system settings for the development of the country house, and understood the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
DAY 4
Go to the inverted bay town of Luojiang County, Deyang City, Sichuan Province.
The village cadres led us to visit the local construction plan as well as the beautiful environment and scenery, and explained the local B&B settings in detail.
The research team came to the village committee to talk with the village party secretary to understand the development of the local housekeeping industry in the town.
Through interviews, the research members learned about the development of the local country house industry.
Encourage policy: There is currently no incentive policy and lack of financial support.
Admission: You need a permit to do a home. Health, industry and commerce must apply for a license to the industrial and commercial department, but not tax. If the certificate is not complete, it is illegal.
Usually management subject: the safety of the home is managed by the township, and the health also has a special management agency. There are special management offices in towns and villages. One person has multiple positions and manages many affairs.
Business model: There are two kinds: the first one is self-built by the people, the second is enterprise investment, the second method works well, the finished product decoration is very distinctive, and now it is talking about the cooperation of the hotel.
Propaganda method: Local people rely on their own contacts, but as a company of investors, their publicity channels will be more effective.
DAY 5
In the “Jie Mo” B&B in Chengdu, I visited two members of the Chengdu Tourism Accommodation Association B&B and Inn Branch, and also a senior homeowner.
On July 27, 2018, the Chengdu Tourism Accommodation Association B&B and Inn Branch was established, which marked that Chengdu B&B and Inn had a systematic, extensive and platform-based organization to guide the healthy and orderly development of the Chengdu B&B industry. Therefore, the research team contacted the Chengdu B&B Association and went to visit two of them.
The two senior homeowners, one is the "Floating Cloud Ranch", "Jing Mo Mo" B&B, and the other is the "Lu Qingcheng" B&B owner, both of whom are both homestays of the country and the city.
Through interviews with two senior homeowners, the survey members have gained a lot. They gave their experience in the process of operating a homestay. From the aspects of business model, cost, seasonality, characteristics, investment attraction, and propaganda methods, the team members were told about the experience of the development of the hotel. At the same time, they also described the reality of the admission permit system and the government’s Attitude and management, complaint handling in the hotel service and their views on these; and also explained the role and role of industry associations, and made a vision for the future Chengdu B&B Association mission; finally they experienced From the perspective of the hospitality industry, the company has given its own advice on the access system, taxation, rewards and punishments and other management systems.
