In order to expose children to a series of legal knowledge about fairness, justice, rules, etc., gradually establish a legal thinking, and learn to think and see more things in life from a legal perspective, Beijing Normal University Justice League I decided to use the summer time to go to Zibo, Shandong Province, to open the “Justice Island” expedition and the small class of the Pufa, and teach the children the legal knowledge.
On July 9th, the Justice League started from Beijing and arrived in Zibo on the morning of the 10th. After a slight adjustment, it arrived at the agreed venue, Wendao Education, on the afternoon of the 10th. Wendao Education was set up as a base for the “Zibo Public Welfare Class”. It was set up in response to the government’s call to solve the problem of expensive tuition fees but most parents’ needs. The sponsors provided education funds. So far, "Family Cold Summer Vacation" has been held in Wendao Education for five issues.
From July 10th to 17th, the Justice League organized the classroom in an orderly manner. This is largely due to their adequate preparation before practice. One week before departure, the partners of the Justice League gathered to discuss various issues related to the practice of the law, including the content of the course and classroom activities, the writing of the lesson plans, the customization of the team's cultural shirts, and the person in charge of the public welfare lectures. . In order to know the effects of the course and make corrections in advance, they held a lecture in the classroom the day before the departure. Everyone explored the existing problems and proposed many areas for improvement. Perhaps the journey of practice at that time was full of unknowns, but they were the Alliance of Righteouss. They believed that they had the ability to bring children fun and popular classes. I believe that this trip to France will be worthwhile.
From July 10th to 17th, the small class of Pufa for the children of the upper grades of junior high school and junior high school is centered on the core content of the story of Justice Island. The members of the Justice League tell the children about fairness. Legal knowledge related to distribution, evidence and voting, equality and equality, property rights and private ownership, order and rules, intellectual property protection, and privacy and environmental protection. Although some legal knowledge is more difficult, the children can understand this knowledge well after the members of the Justice Alliance have personally experienced the life of the children, and are willing to put forward some ideas and doubts after each class. This makes the partners of the Justice League very happy.
In addition to the lively and interesting classrooms, there is another highlight of this Justice League's practice of law-enforcement, which is to focus on the close connection between the knowledge taught in the classroom and the classroom activities. Every day after the end of the small class, the activities related to the core theme of the class will be carried out. For example, how to divide the cake so that the children can understand how to distribute can achieve fairness; when telling evidence and voting, let the children participate in the "wolfman killing" game. In the teaching of equality and equality, the children are divided into two groups to debate whether to endorse the "equality of life" debate, and the mock court to let the children feel order and justice. The colorful activities provide a good platform for children to understand and use the legal knowledge they have learned in the classroom. Every time the activities, the children are very active, so that our Pufa small class maintains an active atmosphere. In the course of conducting the curriculum and participating in the activities, the partners of the Justice League found that the children have strong ability to absorb and understand the legal knowledge they are talking about. The design and implementation of each classroom activity includes the efforts of the squad members. Every day around 10 pm, we will gather together to discuss the current curriculum and activities, find out the highlights and deficiencies, with a view to Achieve better results the next day. The combination of legal knowledge and related activities also enables children to better understand the use of law in real life.
On the last day of the practice of law-enforcement, on the eve of the departure of the Justice League, they can clearly see the reluctance and nostalgia in the eyes of the children. The time of the small class in the Pufa is not long. The partners of the Justice League know that they can teach the children. Their knowledge is very limited, but in this short period of time, using their professional knowledge and experience to spread the seeds of law in the child's tender heart, the Justice League is worthwhile.
The trip to Shandong is over, but the trip to France is not over yet, and the Alliance of Righteouss will continue to move with a more enthusiastic heart.
