At 2pm of November 13, 2020 Civil Servant Recruitment Talk of People’s Court of Tongzhou District was successfully held in room 1922 of rear main building of Beijing Normal University.
SHI Yanxiao, deputy director of Political Department of People’s Court of Tongzhou District, CHEN Yanyuan, leader of the Cadre Team of Political Department, ZHAO Chengyu, deputy presiding judge of criminal tribunal, CUI Yanli, graduate representative and other staffs from Political Department such as HONG Chen attended this talk.
At the beginning of the talk, deputy director SHI Yanxiao introduced the situation of Tongzhou District and the Court of Tongzhou. He introduced the geological position, agencies and staffs composition in detail to expose the students with comprehensive and intuitive knowledge about Tongzhou District and People’s Court of Tongzhou.
Later, the deputy presiding judge ZHAO Chengyu, alumnus of BNU introduced his work experience. While thanking BNU for its cultivation, he also expressed gratitude to the Court of Tongzhou and introduced his career development road and talents cultivation mechanism of the court of Tongzhou in detail.
After introduction, the graduate representative CUI Yanli shared her work experience and lesson learned. From her own experience, she gave many “useful information” to students in detail. At last, CUI Yanli also welcomed her juniors to apply for the People’s Court of Tongzhou. The team leader Chen Yanyuan gave suggestions on personal plan and development of students.
At last, guests present interacted with students on site and gave detailed answer on major requirements, promotion and transfer and other job hunting questions.
The talk was wrapped up in heated discussion. This talk enabled students of our School to have a more comprehensive understanding on People’s Court of Tongzhou, provided effective platform for two-way communication between the court and students and provided important references for students to reflect on career selection, plan career path and achieve life goals.
