On the evening of May 28, 2018, the explanation meeting of filling out the employment dispatch system for graduates of 2018 was successfully held in Classroom 301 of the Second Teaching Building. The meeting was presided over by Teacher WAN Rujin. Teacher LI Xiang made detailed explanation of employment dispatching and system filling affairs. All graduates attended this meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Teacher WAN Rujin firstly emphasized the importance of filling out the system and transferring household files accurately, and expressed that graduates should pay attention to the timely handling of employment procedures before leaving the university.
Combining PPT and system operation demonstration, Teacher LI Xiang explained the five major categories one by one for graduates to fill in, including further education, go abroad, dispatch, flexible employment, and to be recruited, and emphasized on the three party agreement, labor contract effectiveness identification, registration certificate title and the way of confirming the transfer of household files. Then, the Teacher introduced the handling procedures and files keeping of different ways of employment, and explained the common problems in the system filling process. At last, students actively asked questions concerning about themselves, and the teachers explained one by one in patient.
Employment system filing is one of the most important system that graduates need to fill in before leaving the campus, and the information will be the final basis for dispatching, which the graduates should pay attention to. This meeting comprehensively introduced the employment system filling method and matters needing attention, and provided graduates guidance and solved problems of the system filling.
