Graduate employment recommendation form should be filled with relevant information truthfully (if there is no relevant experience, you can fill in "none", no vacancy is allowed).

After filling out it, the student should get the form stamped in Room 1921 of Law School before handing over it to the employer.
Students should hand the recommendation form receipt back to the Student Affairs Office after the employer fills out it.
Tripartite agreement:
Graduates need to apply for a tripartite agreement with the receipt of employment recommendation form or the employer's certificate from Teacher LI, in student affairs office in room 1921 in law school.
The tripartite agreement should be printed after getting the agreement from law school.
After the employer seals it, graduates must fill in the employment system ([description of graduate employment system] (attachment 1)) before coming to the college to seal it. Only after the information filled in by the three parties and the system on the paper version is verified to be correct can the college stamp the special seal for signing the contract.

Matters needing attention
There is only one copy of employment agreement and recommendation form for each graduate, and the recommendation form is valid with the seal (red seal) of the department and employment department of the university.
The employment recommendation form is the important material for non-local student getting Beijing registered permanent residence, please use carefully. If the intention is not determined, please provide the employer with a copy (the copy can not be stamped with school’s official seal). After determining, students can hand over the original employment recommendation form to the employer’s human resource department, and hand back the receipt after the department to fill in and stamped with the official seal of the employer to Teacher LI in the student affairs office in room 1921 in exchange for the tripartite agreement.
Supplementary procedures:
(1)Replacement of tripartite agreement/employment recommendation form
If the tripartite agreement/employment recommendation form is lost or damaged accidentally, please download the following materials, fill in the form, affix the official seal of our school and submit it to the employment guidance center. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the school's employment work, the information of loss shall be publicized for one week. If there is no objection during the publicity period, the new tripartite agreement/employment recommendation form can be obtained at the center after the publicity period, and the words of "lost and reissued" shall be marked. In case of defilement or incorrect information, please bring the old tripartite agreement/employment recommendation form and relevant certification materials to the center to replace a new tripartite agreement/employment recommendation form, and mark "defilement for replacement". The original employment recommendation form or the tripartite agreement will automatically become invalid after the expiration of the publicity period. For those who apply for the second employment recommendation form or the tripartite agreement in bad faith, once verified, the university will inform law school to deal with it together.

(2) Replacement for breaching contract
According to the unified arrangement of the school's employment work, the employment center begins to arrange fresh graduates’ affairs of the breach of contract in May. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the policy, graduates should bring the following materials to the employment guidance center to handle the breach. The employment center will give a reply within 10 working days. If the application is approved, the graduates can get a new tripartite agreement and employment recommendation form, with the words "replacement for breach of contract" marked. For those who have lied about the real situation of contracting, applied for the second employment recommendation form or the tripartite agreement maliciously, once verified, the university will inform law school to deal with it together. In addition, the relevant responsibilities arising from this are all borne by the graduates themselves.
