The explanation meeting for job dispatching of Graduates of 2019 was held at 18:30, May 27, 2019, in the second classroom of department of chemistry, and was presided over by Teacher WANG Chunyu from our law school. The Law School Deputy Secretary of the Party Teacher GUO Yating, Director of the Employment Guidance Center of Beijing Normal University LV Hanfei, and Secretary of the Party Affairs Department of the Law School Teacher XU Shulin attended the meeting.
At first, Teacher GUO Yating emphasized and expressed the main issues of the graduation season to the graduates, hoping that the graduates pay attention to every important procedures of the graduation season, and wished all graduates have a successful graduation.
Then, Director LV Hanfei gave a detailed explanation of the job dispatching to the graduates, and made a specific illustration of how to fulfill the system according to different type of employment and different type of employment and graduate demand. Entering a higher school and work are the two main categories, for which, Director LV gave some warm tips on the problems that are easy to occur. Director LV Hanfei’s detailed introduction resolved the problems that are commonly concerned in the dispatching process of the graduates. In the Q&A session, the students asked about their own settlement problems, file problems, system filling problems, and the teachers gave them detailed answers.
In the end, Teacher XU Shulin explained how to transfer the party relationship, including party relationship transfer, party system filling, time for party dues payment and matters needing attention for Beijing party construction platform to fill.
This job dispatching meeting for graduates solved the problems commonly concerned in the dispatching process of the graduates, and set a good foundation for the successful graduation of the graduates.
