   Dean of Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Visited BNU Law School

On October 22, 2015, Dean of Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Mr. Parrish and manager of China Gateway Office at Indianan University visited BNU Law School & College for Criminal Law Science. Vice Dean of BNU Law School Professor Zhang Hong and Assistant Dean of BNU College for Criminal Law Science Professor Zhou Zhenjie attended this meeting.

The vice dean of BNU Law School Prof. ZhangHong firstly welcomed Mr. Parrish and Mr. Steven Yin warmly, and then introduced the history, student mix and other current institution of BNU Law School, presenting in details about the Maxdo College in Law and current international programs, including LL.M. Program in Chinese Law,  student exchange program and summer programs. Assistant dean of College for Criminal Law Science Prof.Zhou Zhenjie introduced the history and current situation of College for Criminal Law Science.

Dean of Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Mr. Parrish introduced the student mix, Discipline advantage and the situation of cooperation with Chinese universities. He is willing to establish long-term, friendly and in-depth cooperation with Beijing Normal university Law School & College for Criminal Law Science.

On the basis of mutual understanding, the two sides discussed the cooperation issues, such as short-term teaching program, student exchange program, summer program, LL.M, J.D and so on, mentioning many details about the number of exchange students and the time of professor visiting. Both sides reached a preliminary agreement in signing a MOU agreement and students exchange agreement, and agreed to have further substantial cooperation.

Finally, meeting finished in a pleasant atmosphere, both sides took a group photo together.
